Electronic Endurance Cycle Tester

Siemag Industries offers an Electronic Endurance Cycle Tester with counter. The working of any product can be simulated on this based on the product information and subjected to testing through coupling with the basic panel. The operations can be pre-set to several hundreds/thousands/lakhs of cycles. After setting and pressing the Start button the operations continue till the desired set of operations is completed. If desired the operations can be stopped wherever needed by pressing the Stop button. The figure already counted shall remain in the memory of the counter. If it is desired not to continue with the reached figure, the same can be reset with a button. The frequency operation per minute is also available and there is provision in the panel to set the same. A number of devices can be operated simultaneously with the panel. Motion to suit individual needs can be conceived and developed to match with the actual working conditions of any given product. There are innumerable uses of the tester. Some of these are as follows: large operations on small sample lot from a big quantity of production; comparison with the competitor's similar products; a boon for research, development and value analysis; advantage factor, etc., since the conditions of checking are pre-set the uniformity is assured. Manual operation is time consuming and fatigue producing. The tester needs inputs of 230 V AC supply and compressed air at about 6 kgf/cm².
