Eddy Current Testing Systems

Testex NDT India offers Eddy Current Testing System. This system is designed for inspecting defects in condensers and heat exchanger tubing with the ability to inspect up to 8 (30 ft/10 m long) condenser or heat exchanger tubes per minute, this is clearly the fastest turn-key inspection equipment. Advantages: inspection of up to 8 tubes per minute (30 ft/10m long); over 30 years of actual field testing experience; ID/OD defects are immediately distinguishable; uniform wall reduction easily detected; sizes and shapes of defects determined instantly; can detect as small as a 0.5 mm diameter thru hole; unwanted signals such as support plates can be suppressed; possible to inspect over 2,200 tubes (30 ft/10 m long) in a 12 hour shift using a single instrument; analysis of each tube is made on the spot; preliminary report issued shortly after data acquisition; and final report including detailed interpretation submitted within two to four weeks after inspection.
