Eddy Current Tester

Technofour Electronics offers an Eddy Current Tester, Defectoscope-EC. It is a sophisticated tester for single channel or multi-channel scanning of finished components for fine surface flaws. Typically used in automobile components, the system can detect flaws as fine as 30 microns on polished surfaces. Complete automation support is provided along with several kinds of mechanisms for scanning and sorting. It is available with a unique automatic system for scanning and sorting ball pins. Other mechanical handling systems are also available. The range includes single frequency, simultaneous multi-frequency, and multiplexed multi-frequency/multi-channel systems.
