Digital Moisture Meter

AVS Electronics offers Digital Moisture Meter, Model MS 7000. It is used to measures moisture content over a range of 9% to 30%. The display is 13 mm super large LCD, it is a dual function meter display. 9 material species groups in memory, and calibrations for about 150 different species of wood/ timber are provided. It is a heavy-duty meter in a compact housing case, designed for easy carrying and operation. Features: built-in self-calibration circuit; records maximum and minimum reading with recall button; data hold function to freeze the desired value on display; 0 to 50°C manual temperature compensation setting; auto shut off saves battery life; RS 232 PC serial interface; built-in low indicator; separate pin type moisture probe; easy operation and remote measurement; and microprocessor circuit assures maximum possible accuracy, provides special functions and features. Applications: for surveying buildings for dampness and for rapid determination of the moisture content of wood/ timber.
