Diagnostic Insulation Tester

‘TeraOhm 10kV’ from Rishabh Instruments is a product for diagnostic insulation testing which allows the measurement on high voltage rated equipment. It is especially well suited for: Testing insulation resistance of rotating machinery and cables; Production line periodic testing and maintenance; and Troubleshooting and analysis of all kinds of insulation problems. The product comes with the following outstanding features: insulation resistance up to 10 Tohm; DC test voltage from 500 V to 10 kV in steps of 25 V; polarisation index (PI) calculation; dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) calculation; dielectric discharge calculation; discharge current, voltage and capacitance measured on equipment under test; short circuit current limited to 5 mA; auto-calibrate of the measuring instrument; operates on mains or rechargeable supply; automatic discharge of the capacitive loads; digital and bar graph results with date and time; user friendly PC software with RS 232 or USB isolated communication port; high noise immunity (tested in switchyard up to 400 kV); and highest protection degree CAT IV 600 V. Also available in 5 kV, 5Tera Ohms as well as 5 kV 10Tera Ohm versions.
