Custom-Built Computerised Automatic In-Line Testing Equipment

Sun Electronics offers custom-built in-line automatic equipment for production testing of various electrical and electronic products. The equipment performs tests such as temperature compensated resistance test (8 speeds), insulation resistance test at 500 V DC, high voltage flash test up to 3 kV adjustable, LVS test, no-load performance test (V/A/W), noise and direction of rotation, along with or without masterless winding fault detector up to 5 kV. Measured data compares with standard data-base file programmable to various types of specimens to be tested during manufacturing line. The equipment rejects and accepts the specimen under test along with printout of the selected parameters. Software has a variety of in-built features, such as pass and fail increment counters for statistical analysis, data acquisition and report-making; self fault diagnostic feature for quick servicing and reliability. Application areas include: electrical industries involved in activities such as manufacturing (single and three-phase) induction motors, stators of air conditioners and refrigerators, overload relays and MCBs, DC armatures and field coils, railway traction armature (mV drop and bar to bar testing) contactors, PT and CT, solenoid coils, inductance, ignition coils, actuators and others.
