Prima Hi-Tech Equipment Pvt Ltd offers a Continuous Emission and Effluent Monitoring System (CEMS). This is microprocessor-based system for boiler/incinerator/furnace/scrubber vent/thermo pack/process stack gas monitoring having following characteristics:

• Capable of measuring O2, CO, SO2, NO2, NO, HCL, CL2, NH3, H2S, HF, HCN, CO2, ETO, dust/SPMs
• CEMS is automatic/manual gas sampling and filtration system with on-line continuous sampling and suitable for 600°C/1200°C flue gas temperature with auto purging, auto drain and auto probe cleaning system with no pre-heating time
• CEMS works based on Cold extraction technology and SPM on light scattering photo diode or triboflow principle sensing device
• The company has successfully installed more than 100 CEMS all over the India for various applications as per CPCB and SPCB guidelines
• CEMS is supplied with tamper proof Data Acquisition and Management System (DAMS) for real time acquiring, recording and transferring of all emission and effluent data to CPCB/SPCB server

• Continuous ambient air quality monitoring system (CAAQM)
• Multi point gas detection system
• Portable continuous single point gas detection system
• General purpose air sampler
• Liquid effluent monitoring system (LEMS) consisting of online instruments for monitoring of BOD, COD, TOC, TSS, TDS, pH, flow, etc.
