Samhitha Innovations offers non-destructive Concrete Testing Systems, Model ZoneCure® 1000 Module Concure, for testing of concrete. Each system includes 10+ mile range, software, hardware and documentation and PC workstation. In this package the user also obtains 10 maturity meters with wireless hopping technology , 150'-200' range, 30 reusable maturity probes, wireless transmission system with up to 40 mile range ( with special antennas) and PC workstation with maturity and temperature graphing software preloaded. They shorten waiting time for concrete projects and reduce or eliminate dependence on highly variable test samples (cubes/cylinders) for determining the early-age concrete strength. They lower production cost by optimising the mix design. They drastically reduce cold weather construction costs by controlling energy usage. The product improve QC programs for hot-weather construction projects, which often suffer from lowered strengths based on poor treatment of test samples. Samhitha Innovations manufactures and markets heavy-duty punching machines for financial institutions like banks, government offices, etc. The company also manufactures and supplies bio-mass based water heaters/wood fired geysers under the brand name “Warmex” from a small unit in Peenya Industrial Estate in Bangalore. They are an established name in in-situ testing instruments for construction, metal and paper industries.
