Kyoritsu Electric India the Japanese subsidiary of Kyoritsu Test System, Japan, has introduced its newly launched Combi Test System, which is versatile and cost effective. It has features like LED colour test, high pin count IC floating lead test, HV function test, Kelvin measurement, J-tag by options. In the power-up function test capability it can be integrated with Focus Fx-Modules, viz., open short tester, digital multi meter, digital oscilloscope, digital I/O, relay unit, multi function to enable user not only to do ICT but inspect its end products in power-up condition.
