Circular Geometry Gauge

The Formscan 6100 circular geometry gauge-is engineered for shopfloor environments, features touchscreen controls and includes artificial intelligence to help operators analyze complex form measurements. With spindle accuracy of ?1 microinch (0.02 microns), the gauge measures out-of-roundness, concentricity, and several other parameters. Federal will also introduce its Miracle Mesh high-resolution dial indicators, featuring miniature crowned gear movements in a measuring instrument. Crowned pinion gears are said to provide better motion transfer than the straight gears used in other indicators, are easier to service and hold calibration better.
