Bore measuring device

Mumbai-based TMC Measuring Instruments offers a bore measuring device, BMD plug gauge. This covers engineering industry"s major bore gauging requirements with wide range of plug including special purpose plugs. The unique construction of BMD gauges ensures excellent accuracy for the manual gauging specially in close tolerance bores. Life time and repeatability of BMD system is much superior than any other bore gauging system. It is totally modular and portable. Any mechanical or digital dial can be used with BMDs and also a wide range of electronic probes and comparators are available for further processing of data. BMD plugs are also available for automatic gauging with pilot taper, entry grooves, etc, and accessories such as right angle, depth extensions and gauging contact every measuring conditions. Depending on gauging conditions, plug gauges will stand up to 10,00,00 gauging insertions. No special maintenance is required. In case of fouling of plug the plug can be cleaned by blowing of compressed air. The hysteresis accuracy of the plug is less or equal to 0.4 mm and repeatability less or equal to 1 mm.
