Belt Alignment Systems

Tribotech offers a Belt Alignment System, D160 BTA Digital. This is an easy laser belt alignment system. This is a new tool that makes it possible to align belt driven machines quick and easy with a digital readout and precision, displayed on a separate hand held unit. The tool can be attached in a few seconds, and the results can be read continuously in live. With one set up, one can read the parallel and angular misalignment for both vertical and horizontal positions at the same time. The Easy-Laser D160 detector unit can also be connected to our standard D279 display unit (used for shaft alignment) for fully documentation possibilities. When aligned with this D160 BTA model, it reduces the wear on sheaves/pulleys, belts, bearings and seals as well as reducing vibration. It features simplicity, reliability, flexibility and easy-to-use.
