The machine fulfils the following parameters: head profile error; exact track geometry (particularly when using gothic profile); parallelism of the track to the extended nut; ball diameter; and angularity of the track face. Time cycle: measurement of a ball type linear drive nut, size – 63 mm x 20 mm can be done in 60 sec.
