Air Plug Gauges

Jayesh Enterprises offers Air Plug Gauges. It is used for checking bore and outer diameters very accurately. It is the accessory to the pneumatic gauging units (analogue and digital). The process gives not only the actual size but can also measure the taper and ovality. It is used for checking bores from 2 mm to 200 mm diameter in standard 2-jets, for size, taper and ovality or 3-jets at 120° for average size, taper and tri-lobed effect. Suitable extension is provided for deeper bores. Jets are placed very near to the face for blind bore. For specific depth or land width checking adjustable depth collars can be provided. Two setting rings, one higher limit and one lower limit are required for setting.
