Air plugs

Size Control Gauges & Tools manufactures air plugs and master rings to suit air gauge units of any make. These plugs are made from nitralloy steel and nitrided to hardness greater than or equal to 950 UPN. Master rings are manufactured from alloy tool steel, hardened subzero treated and tempered to Rc 60-62. The air plugs are manufactured for measuring bores from 3mm to 150mm in standard 2 jets system for checking bore sizes, quality and taper. For checking blind holes, air plugs with 2 jets fitted very close to face can be provided. For checking deeper bores, suitable extension can be provided.
