Air & Hydro Test Systems

Technic Automation has designed, manufactured and successfully commissioned a range of Air and Hydro (Water) Test Systems. These include: 1. Low air pressure (up to 10 bar) test system for mechanical seals and others, a single station test system: sealing of seal – by hydraulic cylinder; low air pressure – maximum 10 bar; acrylic tank filled with water – moves by hydraulic cylinder. 2. High air pressure (up to 30 bar) test system for mechanical seals and others, a twin station test system: sealing of seal – by hydraulic cylinder; low air pressure – maximum 30 bar; acrylic tank filled with water – moves by hydraulic cylinder. 3. Hydro (water) test system for testing of valve body and others, a multi-station test system. Features: intensifier up 1000 bar, electric water pump for self priming, acrylic water tank for water storage, pressure transmitter with digital gauge, pressure regulating valve for different tests, drain valve, analog gauge as stand by. 4.Electro-Pneumatic test system for industrial pump test. Features: main air supply – 10 bar maximum; and low air pressure supply through mili amp source of 2 to 20 mA. Three valves can be tested at a time.
