3D CNC Non Contact Measuring Machine

Mitutoyo Quick Vision Pro 202 (QV Pro 202) is a 3D CNC non contact measuring machine. It is suitable for measuring, accurately and quickly, very thin, small and complex or delicate components such as IC lead frame, PCB, rubber parts, connectors, etc. The machine achieves faster drive speed of 200 mm/s (7.8"/s) and higher Ul accuracy of (3.5+5L/1000) um. The focusing power is also strengthened with the Mitutoyo patented triangular pattern focus. QV Pro 202 incorporates an innovative illumination system of programmable ring light for greater power in edge detection. With power drive toroidal mirrors and 4 quadrant programmable illuminator, the illumination condition always remain the best. The edges which cannot be detected with a conventional ring light is clearly realized on the monitor screen. Other system features include: programmable power turret tube lens: 380,000 pixel B/W CCD camera; bright coaxial and stage lights with fibre optic system; single monitor system with perfect software control by QVPK; separate QV controller for minimum heat effect; measuring range? X=200mm, Y=200mm, Z=200mm; and, Z axis = (4 + 5L/1000) um.
