Ultra Cryostat Circulator/Bath

Indlab Equipment Corpn offers the most advanced low temperature bath and thermo-circulating systems. These are specially designed keeping in mind the ultimate requirements of scientists/researchers. The system uses advanced solid state electronics and high efficiency refrigeration techniques. These systems are used for conducting tests on viscosity of oils, fuels, petroleum product pour point, flash-point, etc; external circulation to maintain constant temperature in spectrophotometers, refractometer/polarimeters, lasers, and for conducting exothermic reactions in jacketed glassware. Suitable for calibration of RTD sensors, thermocouples and meters, ideal for organic/inorganic chemistry laboratories, petroleum, oil, fat, sugar laboratories, crystal growth centres, chemical industries and R&D; institutions. The system has a robust and compact polished SS tank of thick gauge and MS outer body, attractively powder coated. Superior insulation with PUF/EPS of 4"thickness (6"to 8"for -40 to -80&176;C models) ensures minimal load and maximum efficiency of the refrigeration system. Aircooled two-stage cascade system with R-502 and R-13 refrigerants for -60 to -80&176;C using hermetically sealed compressors help obtain rapid cooling to set temperatures. For -10, -20, -30, 40&176;C models, single stage refrigeration system with CFC-free R-134a/R-502 refrigerant is used. Aircooled condensor using continuous rating integral motor driven fan improves efficiency of compressors. Other features: built-in stirrer with self-cooling motor ensures temperature uniformity through-out the tank; built-in immersion type heaters for proportional control of temperature; special refrigerant oil ensures good lubrication during low temperature operations; and, thyristor based digital proportional temperature control-cum-indicator system with fully solid state modular electronic circuitry with audio-visual alarm for temperature control failure and backup safety features, solid state relays, etc.
