Temperature Controllers (PID Soft Start) are specially designed for hot runner coil heaters and tubular heaters. It is very efficient and economical. Multi-zone hot runner controllers are made by individual temperature controller modules assembled in a cabinet. Soft start facility in this controller will help evaporate any moisture present inside the heater. If it is kept unused for long periods, there is moisture deposition on the terminals. So de-moisturizing the heaters by preheating at 100° C to 120°C using controllers with soft start functions.
