Operating Manual for Temperature
Connection

• Connect 230 V AC supply to the instrument by manes of power cable to the terminals marked: L.N.
• Connect corresponding thermocouple compensating cable, observing correct polarity to terminals marked ‘T/C +
• Connect the relay output (Floating Change over contact) to desired controlling contactor or other device with a maximum current of 5 Amps/230 V Ac.
• Place the thermocouple's sensing point in the hot zone of furnaces, ovens, dryers and any other industrial heat equipments.
• Now give power to the instrument
• Now, press the button (press to set) and turn the fine potentiometer slowly to read the required set temperature (The actual temperature reading will be out off) on the display. After setting the value, release the set button. (Now actual temperature will be displayed)
• When the temperature attains the set value, the relay once again operates, Hence ON-OFF control is attained.

• Do not connect any high voltage or supply voltage to the terminals marked +, -
• Do not connect any device exceeding the current rating of the relay. The relay contact will get damaged.
