Temperature Controller

Selec Controls has introduced a new range of economical yet featuristic Temperature Controllers in its prevalent TC series thereby epitomising its punch line of Creating Best Value. The user has an option to choose from 3-digit, 3+3-digit and 4+4-digit display variants. Housed in an attractive enclosure, with large display, these are available in 48 x 48 mm, 72 x 72 mm, and 96 x 96 mm sizes. The new series introduces several new features such as heat-cool control and soak timer. Both On-Off and PID control actions are selectable to ensure good control over wide range of applications. The control output is selectable on field between relay and SSR types through the configurations menu. This series incorporates special security features such as setpoint and program locking to prevent accidental operation by unauthorised person. These controllers accept signals from thermocouples such as J, K, T, R, S type (covering a range from -199ºC to 1750ºC) and PT100 type RTD. They also allow flexibility in terms of selection of unit of temperature (ºC & ºF). Having a wide voltage supply range of 85-270 V AC/DC ensures smoothest and trouble-free operation of the product itself in fluctuating supply conditions. 24 V AC/DC supply voltage models are also available on request to cater to the varying demands of applications.
