Atheha offers hot runner temperature control systems for multi-cavity injection moulding machines. These feature a series of firsts for moulding machines. The features include: practical, plug-in, interchangeable modular system; micro-processor- based, self tuning temperature controllers; Compu-Step heater conditioning system; CompuCycle power con-trol system; built-in diagnostics; automatic power hold if thermocouple breaks; self regulating manual power control-lers; main frames field convertible to global power supply systems; heater conditioning system; designed to prevent burning or hardening of plastics; and, built-in SCR power controllers for each zone.
