Ace Thermo Engineers & Consultants offers an automatic temperature control system. This is for oil fired furnace and allied heating equipment used in process industries, eg, iron and steel industries, non ferrous, eg, aluminium, etc, chemicals, automobile and other engineering industries. The system is specially designed to constantly monitor the desired temperature in the oil fired heating systems. It helps save oil consumption to the tune of 10 to 15% of the normal fuel consumption for furnaces or the allied heating equipment. Temperature being the key variable which ensures correctness of the treatment in all types of heating systems, very often than not, occurance in temperature variation in such heating systems leads to unevenly treated products. Conventionally the supply of oil and air to the burners is monitored manually. And such practice at times, leads to occurance in inaccuracy in temperature. As a result overheating or underheating takes place, disturbing the quality as well as causing expensive wastage, besides avoid chances of any possible danger, in the event temperature shooting out to an alarming stage resulting in expensive maintenance cost, down time and not forgetting the people who are in duty around the heating equipment. This system monitors and controls the predetermined temperature range by actuating the air and oil supply automatically and remove the need for manual supervision and control.
