Temperature control system

Mumbai-based Essar Thermal Engineering offers Ace automatic temperature control system for oil-fired furnaces and allied heating equipment used in process industries. These include iron and steel industries, non-ferrous (aluminium, etc), chemicals, automobiles and other engineering industries. The system is specially designed to constantly monitor the desired temperature in the oil fired heating systems. It saves oil consumption to the tune of 10 to 15 percent. The system monitors and controls the predetermined temperature range by actuating the air and oil supply automatically and remove the need for manual supervision and control. It helps cutting off oil and air supply in required proportion when the temperature shoots higher than the specified temperature range. It also comes into action as soon as temperature comes down below the specified range, thus saving oil consumption for such heating equipment, besides preventing scaling in the furnaces. It consists of actuating single-phase servomotor linkages with specially designed combination air and oil valves.
