J N Thermocontrols offers a range of temperature sensors like RTD, PT 100 and K, J, T, R, S and B type thermocouples, to suit almost all the applications in the industry. These sensors are available in simplex/duplex types. Thermocouples are available with grounded/ungrounded and exposed junctions as per the process requirements. Heads like weather proof IP55, flame proof and explosion proof duly certified by CRMS for Gas Group I, IIA and IIB as per IS 2148/81, IEC 79.1 are used. Calibration as per DIN, ANSI and ISI with accuracy Class A and B are offered as per individual need. MI, MGO insulated or ceramic bead protected assemblies with a variety of sheath material like SS 304, 316, 410, 446, sillimanate, recrystallized alumina, inconel, ceramic, hastelloy, etc, are offered with the mountings like fixed or adjustable male threaded, NUN and flanged as per ASA, BS, DIN, JIS standards. The company also manufactures thermowells of all the types, viz, bar stock threaded or flanged and fabricated pipe thermowells in a variety of materials of construction to suit the process requirements. These products can be supplied with traceability calibration certifications for ISO purpose.
