PID Temperature Controllers

Countronics offers an Auto Tune PID Temperature Controller. This is a microprocessor based PID controller, based on 100% indigenous technology, is linearised for PT100 sensor and 3 thermocouples (J, K, R) with auto cold junction compensation. The advanced algorithm for auto tuning and control action provides excellent temperature control. There is a separate display for temperature and set point. Both relay and SSR outputs are provided for versatility of control along with heat/cool logic selection. The P, I and D values can also be manually set or changed, if required. In order to avoid tampering with the settings, a configuration lock is provided using a jumper on rear terminals. Non-volatile memory saves the configuration settings. The aesthetically designed front panel with membrane switches and plastic ABS cabinet makes it attractive and rugged.
