Online Infrared Temperature Transmitter

Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, has introduced a new Online Infrared Temperature Transmitter, Model KM-6816. This model combines technology of non-contact temperature measurement and microcomputer process, also integrated coaxial laser aimer to catch object temperature instantaneously. It is housed in stainless steel. It has high accuracy with measurement range -18~1200ºC and high D:S ratio of 80:1. Its current output range is 4-20 mA or RS485. It has also having spectral response 8~14µm and adjustable emissivity is 0.10~1.00, steps of 0.01. It is very convenient to be integrated into control system for data communication. The power supply used for this instrument is 24 V DC ±10%, 100 mA consumption. The dimension is 46 x 155 mm (L) and weight is 500 gm. Applications are in metallurgy, casting, forging, induction heating, heat treatment, furnace, glass working, printing and dyeing, drying, plastic processing industry, process control and equipment fault diagnosis, as well as energy, saving industry and scientific research, where online temperature measurement is required. It has optional water cooling jacket, reach 150ºC ambient temperature. It is available in different models up to 3000ºC.
