Multichannel Temperature Controller

Multichannel temperature controllers are developed by Ajinkya Electronic Systems from 16 to 64 channels with On/Off or proportional or PI type control algorithm. Input is accepted from Pt 100 RTD sensors or thermocouples or 4-20 mA signal. Control parameters like hysterisis band, offset, etc., are field programmable. Individual channels can be enabled or disabled. Open collector outputs are provided so that external relay bank or SSRs can be connected. For SSR outputs, high speed switching is provided to get very good control accuracy. Channels are scanned on displays continuously with scan time user settable in seconds. High/low alarms are optional with LED indication given on facia as channels are scanned. Dust proof membrane keypad is provided for programming. Unit size starts from DIN 96 x 192 mm depending on the number of channels. Multichannel temperature controllers find applications in textiles/plastics industries or wherever multiple temperature controllers are required.
