Multi-Sensor Temperature Scanner

Microprocessor based temperature scanner from Countronics is linearised for PT100 & 3 T/Cs (J, K, R) with auto cold junction compensation. For higher accuracy 3 Wire PT-100 Sensor connections for lead compensation are available. The feature that the sensor type is programmable for each of the 12 individual channels which means that different channels may be used for different kinds of sensors enhances the versatility of the equipment. Manual/Auto Scanning is selectable with the scan rate settable from front panel up to 99sec/channel. In addition, there is a facility to skip intermediate channels. This allows for faster response time. There is a front panel indication of sensor type of current channel. Thermocouple open indication is also displayed on front panel. In order to avoid tampering with the settings, a configuration lock at rear is available to lock the sensor selection. Non-volatile memory is used to save the settings. The aesthetically designed front panel with all settings using only 4 membrane switches makes the equipment user friendly.
