Irreversible Temperature Indicating Strips/Labels

VPL Chemicals Pvt Ltd offers irreversible temperature indicating strips/labels (VPL-Label) that can be used to make a simple, cost effective and accurate temperature measurement/monitor. To monitor the surface temperature, the required temperature strip/label should be affixed on the surface of the object. A white crystalline solid, sealed under heat resistant and transparent window, changes its colour once the surface of the object attains to the required temperature level. In the multi temperature strips/labels the white coloured circle on the strip/label will turn into black colour once the surface temperature reaches the rated temperature of the circle. Five types of strips/labels are available: single (95, 100, 105°C); double (100°C, 110°C); four levels (70, 80, 90, 100°C); six levels (60, 80, 100, 120, 140°C); and eight levels (50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225°C). Various temperature range combinations are available. Tailor made ranges and designs are also will be manufactured and supplied to suit customer requirements. Features: ±1% °C accuracy; self-adhesive; oil, water and steam resistant; and simple, reliable and cost effective. Applications: numerous applications exist for temperature indicating labels. However, these strips are most commonly used to determine/monitor operating temperature in: high voltage switching; wave soldering; overheat detection of motor and cable, etc; printing, plastics, electrical and electronic industries; casting, moulding, rubber extruding; cooling water radiator temperature; and aeronautical, etc.
