Infrared Thermometer

The infrared thermometer allows non contact measurement of the substrate temperature to be immediately measured to ensure that the substrate is maintained at a temperature sufficiently above the dewpoint to prevent moisture forming on the uncoated surface. It has a measurement accuracy of ±2% over a wide temperature measuring range of –18°C to +315°C. Supplied in a protective pouch with battery fitted, an alternative instrument for measuring steel substrate temperature is the magnetic thermometer. The pouch contains: temperature equipment – T2002 infrared digital thermometer, T1003 magnetic thermometer (-30°C to +50°C) and T1004 magnetic thermometer (0°C to +120°C); and accessories – T2002 calibration certificate UKAS traceable and T1003 calibration certificate UKAS traceable.
