Hot Runner Temperature controller is available in single zone upto 12 zones in single box. For hot runner manifold 240 volt AC 15 amp modules, soft start auto ramp up heater warm function at startup and at less than 100ºC with auto time out and transfer to normal mode. This is available with auto pulse width modulated PID control.
- Auto/manual mode: Can operate without thermocouple and for clearing jammed bushes & keep warm
- Auto power cutoff in all error modes show open TC rev t/c; runaway over temperature.
- Super bright process display & error indicators, long distance visibility, thumbwheel set point, permanent "memory" display & easy setting for operator.
