Fibroptic Thermometer

Fiber optic thermometer is designed for hostile environment such as underneath the hot rolling mill run-out table. A similar system can also be used on the coke oven to view the hot coke through the guide car grillage. A low cost sighting tube/purge unit houses the optic head. The thermometer electronics are located remotely, linked by a sealed fibre optics light guide. The thermometer interfaces with a Landmark Graphic signal processor. A range of thermometers is available depending on the temperature range required.
