Fykays Engineering Pvt Ltd offers Thermotip, a highly versatile family of Expandable Thermocouples. This is a very low cost and yet highly useful, versatile temperature measuring sensor for ferrous and non-ferrous molten metal applications, for which it has no substitute. Highlights include response time of less than 2 seconds, high intrinsic accuracy, reproducibility, lightweight and easy operation. It is entirely factory assembled, calibrated and tested. Range and options: For Iron and steels – Pt-Pt Rh 10% – up to 1750ºC; Pt-Pt Rh 13% – up to 1750ºC; Pt Rh 6%- Pt Rh 30% – up to 1810ºC; and for non-ferrous metals Ni-Cr-Ni-Al – up to 1350ºC. Founded in 1974 on a small scale, the company has developed into a big, amazingly capable organisation, known for its quality and precision.
