Bi-Metal Thermometers

C100 Series bi-metal thermometers have been designed to handle the temperature measurements for industrial and laboratory applications. Tley are available in bottom and back connect dial head configurations. The stem comes in 6"standard length with 1/4"outside diameter. These thermometers are easy to calibrate by using adjustable screw on the back of thermometer's case (3"to 6"thermometers). All welded 300 series SS construction provides long service life and resistance to most of the corrosive working surroundings. Specifications are as under: nominal sizes: 1", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", 5", and 6"; measuring range: -50?C to 600?C (dual scale ?C and ?F available); case and bezel: 300 series SS (hermetically sealed case design); window: glass; pointer: aluminium, black painted; dial: aluminium, white background, black graduations and lettering; stem: 300 series SS, welded at tip and case connector to prevent leakage. Stem length is 6"; other than normal are available upon request; connection: back and bottom, 300 series SS, 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", NPT/BSPT are standard; sensing element: bi-metal helix which has been carefully sized, tested and heattreated to insure continued accuracy; and accuracy: ?1.0% FSD.
