Bi-Metallic Thermometers

The Bi-Metallic Thermometers comprise of bi metallic basic sensing element using the different temperature co efficient expansion principle of metal to measure the temperature of the process media. These gauges are available with 2 1/2", 4?, and 6" dial sizes with an accuracy of ?1 %. These are made of complete stainless steel material including case and bezel and bulb/stem material. These are available in ranges from 200?C to 600?C. However, these are not recommended for more than 500?C, as linearity gets affected in the high ranges. The mounting range available with the bottom and back entry with rigid stem and adjustable angle type. The bulb sizes are available in 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm with fixed or adjustable process connection to adjust the immersion length. These can be fitted with electrical contact. In case of high pressure or agreeable media applications, thermo well are recommended along with this instrument. These instruments come along with the factory calibration certificate and also can be supplied with traceable certificate for ISO purpose.
