Production Monitoring System comprises of an industrial PC running Windows XP/Vista, linked to the factory floor via a standard controller and various industrial I/O. All the data is displayed on the monitor in real time for process control and is routinely saved for tractability in formats that can be easily imported into Microsoft Office or Lotus applications. Data is displayed in easy to read format and updated on a real time basis. Output reports can be produced manually or automatically by:
