MOISTURE ANALYSERS

Taisei International offers Moisture Analysers, MS-70. It is designed to operate with enhanced performance to enable a speedy, reliable sample testing, with the help of newly developed SRA technology. It adopts SRA technology, for fast and uniform heating, SHS (super hybrid sensor) for high precision weighing. Its features are: high moisture content measurement at 0.001% resolution, suitable for low moisture content samples; selectable heating mode; easy-to-see large VFD display; easy handling of the unit; progress window for heating check; self check function; quick reference card; standard RS 232C for bi-directional communication with PC or connects directly to a printer; conformity to GLP, GMP, GCP and ISO, data/time, ref ID, calibration data and check record outputs. With WIN CT-Moisture Windows communication software, data measured by moisture analyser can be easily displayed on a computer. The software also displays moisture rate changes over time in a graph, measures moisture rate in a minimum time with excellent accuracy, automatically determines the most suitable heating conditions in short time, shows sample data summary. It comes in different models MX-50, MF-50, ML-50, to suit specific requirement of industries. It can determine the moisture content of almost all variety of materials, except material that is explosive or flammable or fumes when heated, material whose surface gets dried first and makes a membrane which make pressure inside high, materials whose characteristics are unknown, should not be tested. Some sample materials that can be tested are: chemicals - paste, sodium tartrate dihydrate, cellulose, calcium stearate, zinc oxide; industrial products - activated charcoal, silica gel, printer toner; plastics - ABS resin, polyethylene; rubber - ground tyre; and food, beverages, commodities, pharma chemicals, bulk drugs, etc.
