Explosion Proof Gas Detector

The Explosion Proof Gas Detector is manufactured as per the international standards. The material is LM-6 and has a facility to hook-up five gas detectors (flameproof) at a maximum distance of 350 metres away. It is very safely installed in hazardous areas for long life. Controller has analogue as well as digital read out facilities of concentration of gases with facility to have alarm (audio/ visual) for three different pre calibrated levels. Calibration is done on imported calibration equipment and has test and reset switches with output to the recorder and NO/NC contacts for annunciation panels. Microprocessor based digital controller unit is also available with 4-20 mA output and all other facilities for detection of gases like chlorine, SO2, oxygen, LPG, ammonia, alcohol vapours and various explosive and toxic poisonous gases. Normal operation is 110 V or 230 V AC with battery backup facility.
