MSA Explosimeter Model 2A(I) is a combustible gas indicator. It quickly detects and measures concentration of combustible gases and vapours in air and is suitable for remote sampling. The unit, enclosed in a durable cast aluminium case, has an aspirator bulb for drawing gas mixtures over a heated filament which detects concentration of combustible gases in air in % LEL. The instrument operates on a simple Wheatstone bridge circuit.
