Switzer Series 204 Pressure Switches are a SWITZER-DELTA mainstream product range for switching upto 15 bar and include models for vacuum, compound and mmWc ranges with high overload protection. Switzer Series 230 SWITZER-DELTA Pressure switches compliments the 200 series for pressure ranges from 100 bar to 600 bar in 5 standard ranges. Design eliminates elastomer seals & includes special vent arrangement to safeguard against bourdon element failure. Precision mechanisms are of stainless steel for arduous atmospheres and high humidity. Enclosures, sensing elements and switching modes can be combined to offer the variety needed to suit the demands of rapidly expanding industrial processes. Precise and accurate operation is obtained by using time proven seamless hydraulically formed bellows or diaphragm. An impeccable pedigree coming as it does from SWITZER, the Sovereign Series S 20 Pressure Switches are designed as compact cost effective solutions to meet a variety of applications in the Oil, Gas and Chemical Industries. Switzer GB 900 series high range pressure switches are robust in construction employing time-proven 316 SS Bourdon of `C' type. One , two and three micro switches are directly operated and the circuit is switched by the movement of the Bourdon tube. The pressure is set by sliding the micro switch holder with the setting adjustment shaft. The micro switches are independently adjustable. Switzer 020 series are meant for low/ ultra low range spans actuated by a non-metallic elastomer rubber diaphragm. Switzer Series 900 and 900F are specifically designed for OEM's using components of high reliability. The mechanical movements are restricted within "force balance limits"which ensures long term stability. Sensing element in hydraulically formed seamless Phosphor Bronze or SS bellows in series 900 and Nylon reinforced nitrile diaphragm in series 900F. Switzer Model GH930 fulfills the long felt need for a highly accurate low cost high range hydraulic pressure switches. The instrument is designed for direct or remote mounting on equipments.
