High Accuracy Signal And Pressure Calibrator

Eurotron of Italy has introduced in the market Microcal PM 200 system. This is probably the most advanced, powerful and versatile portable indicator simulator available today for measurements and simulations of electrical parameters such as mV, V, mA (active and passive loop), ohm, frequency, pulse, temperatures with 14 types of TCs and 10 RTDs and also pressure. The system consists of Eurotron's standard multifunction signal calibrator Model Microcal 200 (accuracy 0.02% of reading)/Microcal 200+ (accuracy 0.01% of reading) and a high accuracy pressure module designed to operate together with it, extending the overall performances to absolute, gauge and differential pressure measurements and calibrations. The PM 200 system can be specified with an internal single pressure sensor (from vacuum to 2 bar or 20 bar) or twin pressure sensors from vacuum to 2 bar and 2 bar to 20 bar. Also, as an option, with a built-in hand pressure/vacuum pump, a volume adjuster for fine control, a ventilation valve for pressure release and a pressure port. The accuracy of the system with internal pressure sensors is 0.05% of reading. External pressure transducers (wetted parts 316 SS) are available and can be connected for pressure measurements up to 700 bar. Both pressure and electrical parameters' readings are indicated on the high contrast back-lighted LCD graphic display together with engineering unit, type of sensor or signal, temperature scale, cold junction compensation selection (as applicable), etc. Custom software is also available to document test and calibration activity.
