Micro Baratron Vista 872B pressure transducer, from MKS Instruments of Andover is a compact integrated gas pressure sensor for process tool manufacturing and gas delivery suppliers. The transducer on board pressure display is adjustable in 90? increments through 360? for viewing from any desired angle. MKS has a wide range of products to their manufacturing line. Baratron capacitance manometer is using MKS patented capacitance diaphram technology. Baratron gas pressure transducer is based on capacitance diaphram technology, which provides a wide dynamic range and better stability than conventional strain gauge. Mass flow measurement and control based on MKS patented sensing techniques for both thermal and pressure based flow control ensures excellent accuracy repeatability and reliability.
