Diaphragm Sealed Gauges

Stainless steel diaphragm sealed gauges (also known as chemical seal gauges) from Machine Tools Centre, Kolkata, are available with the capacity ranging from 0 to 1, 1.6, 2, 2.5, 4, 6, 7, 10, 14, 16, 21, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160, 250 kg/cm? and vacuum from 0 to 760 mmHg. The pressure gauge, diaphragm materials, top/bottom chambers and the internals are all made from stainless steel. A corrugated diaphragm is used to achieve flexibility and linearity and it has a sufficient stroke feature to provide adequate displacement of the sensing element. The diaphragm is in contact with Teflon for protection. Shatterproof glass, electric contact, booster relay, max pointer and glycerine filling can also be provided.
