Diaphragm Sealed Gauge For Chemical Plants

Walchandnagar Industries, a multidivisional company, offers a diaphragm gauge under the brand name Tiwac. Diaphragm gauge, commonly known as chemical seal gauge are designed and manufactured for a specific application depending on the type of pressure medium. A carefully designed corrugated diaphragm (SS 316 sheet) is used to achieve maximum flexibility and linearity with sufficient stroke to provide the displacement need to produce full deflection of the sensing element. The diaphragm is argon arc welded to the top chamber to ensure no leak. The displacement of the diaphragm is transmitted to the bourdon sensing element through solidly filled liquid having low cubical expansion with greater temperature stability. Technical specification - accuracy 1 per cent, dial size 100 mm and 150 mm, aluminium stoved enamelled white dial; weatherproof cast aluminium case, stoved enamel or epoxy black painted. Internals - ferrous and non-ferrous, teflon or silver coating provided depending on application. Available with all standard mountings. Also available with screwed connection, neck type/direct flange connection. Can be supplied with capillary up to 10 meters length with flexible SS sheath.
