Pre-Form/Fibrous Composite Dosing System for Friction Material Industry

Autosys Engineering (P) Ltd, a pioneer in batching, weighing and dosing automation, has recently launched a high accuracy Pre-form Dosing System for friction material industry. The system can be used to accurately weigh and automatically dose fibrous composites/pre-forms with a cycle time of 30 seconds. The set point can be programmed from 300 grams to 1 kg. The patent pending system uses a specially designed screw feeder, to ensure uniform flow, jam free operation and accurate cut off.
