Sequence Timer, Solid State

Shiva Electronics offers solid state sequence timers. These timers are used in dust collecting systems, viz, bag house as a reverse jet pulse timer. They control the pulse time of the solenoid valves sequentially with interval time, which are mounted on the top of a bag house. Indirectly they control the duration of high pressure reverse air jet, which cleans the fabric filter bags. Two separates knobs are provided for pulse time and interval time adjustment. Different time ranges and different number of sequences are available as per requirement. They operate on either 110V AC or 230 V AC supply. Each output is driven by 6 A - 600 V Triac with zero cross over volt switching circuit. Separate LEDs are provided to indicate running sequence. A jump wire socket is provided to select the desired number sequence. They are available from 2 to 36 sequences. To work more efficiently, two separate potential free terminals are provided for DP switch connection. These timers are mounted in MS sheet metal, powder coated, IP-55 dust proof enclosure with transparent acrylic sheet cover. They are robust, reliable and very accurate.
