Production Counter
Production Counter is a powerful tool to store and analyse the production rate. The unit can count the number of objects / length and store the details in the memory. The details of hourly production performance can be stored in its memory and can be recalled at the end of the day. The compact 96 x 96 sized DIN includes the units counter, totaliser, rate indicator and memory storage.
Six digit counter with programmable multiplying / dividing constant; rate indicator to show production per hour or production per minute; time totaliser to indicate the machine hours (upto 9999.59 hours); production in last eight hours / 24 hours is stored in memory; battery back up for storage, in case of power failure; decimal point display (user selectable) in format XXXXXX or XXXXX.X or XXXX.XX; external enabled input position for starting counter and time totaliser; option to start time totaliser operation only when external pulses for counting are coming; pulse input from proximity sensor or potential free contact and production rate display selectable as production per minute or production per hour.
