Preset Counter

Electronic Automation (P) Ltd (EAPL) offers digital Preset Production Counters with memory facility. The range is from 1 to 99,999. Counts can be set with Tact Switch (Model H3CT-5U) and thumb wheel (Model CT-5). It has LED indications for input signal and relay status. It can accept inputs from PNP/NPN proximity switch or potential free signals from limit switch. Single change over relay having 5 Amps @ 250 V AC/28 V DC output is provided. It has panel mounting arrangement and is suitable for 85 V-270 V AC/DC source voltage. Frequency of input signals can be set from 1-100Hz (Model H3CT-5U) to avoid double counting due to chattering, electrical noise etc in contactors. These models are best suited in line with TPM requirements in various industries for counting purpose.
