Electro Pneumatic Timer

Timer blocks are used for switching a process “On” or “Off” at a pre-determined intervals. CECO electro pneumatic timer blocks are suitable for use with machine tools, sequence control and other applications where adjustable and dependable timers are required. These can be mounted directly on LS make AC and DC coil control relays (GMR type) and power contactors (GMC-9~85 and GMD-9~85). This saves considerable panel space. The timer block can be fixed on the control relays/power contactors by means of a mechanical latch and is totally unaffected by machine vibrations or other mechanical shocks. The timer block comprises of one NO and one NC contact, which can be used as independent delay contacts similar to conventional pneumatic timer. It is possible to utilise four additional instantaneous contacts of the associated contactors in different combinations. Both On delay and Off delay versions are available which can be interchanged at site. These are available in various ranges: on-delay – setting range CE2-DT0 – 0.1~3 sec; CE2-DT2 – 0.1~30sec; and CE2-DT4 – 10~180sec.
